Learn About “AWA SAKE” — A Special Sparkling Japanese Sake
Would you like to learn about AWA SAKE, Japan’s unique sparkling sake?
This event offers you the chance to discover what AWA SAKE is, and to experience the distinctive flavors and personalities of different brands through a guided tasting and lectures from sake brewers.
Come and enjoy the bubbles born from Japanese rice!

14:00–14:20 What is AWA SAKE?
Speaker: So Okasora (Chiyomusubi sake brewery Co., Ltd）
14:20–15:50 Tasting of AWA SAKE from six breweries
(with explanations by each brewer, approx. 15 min each)
15:50–16:00 Q&A Session
Target Participants: Foreign residents in Japan
(Limited to the first 16 participants)
Participation Fee: 3,000 yen
