Nanbu Bijin has two sake storehouses; one is at our head office and the other one is in Basenkyo* area.

We usually produce sake at our head office and do sake and liqueur at Basenkyo.
Currently, we have been brewing 29BY Sake at both locations; since September at the head office and since October at Basenkyo. We do carefully press moromi** to brew new sake.

*Basenkyo is a gorge along the Mabechigawa river in Ninohe-city, Iwate-pref.

**Moromi refers to the softly solidified product where the ingredients in the brewed liquid for making sake.
