Junmai Koshu

Jyunmai Old Sake is a sake made from TOKUBETSU JUNMAI (Special Jyunmai) with normal temperature while keeping in one bottle. It has a characteristic beautiful amber color.

It has a nuts flavor with aged incense and overwhelming acidity.

It pairs with delicacy such as salted fish and crab miso or Chinese dishes.
