Dai Ginjo

This is the special brewed from Japanese sake rice. We use one of a famous Japanese rice sake, Yamada Nishiki sake rice

or Ginotome sake rice produced by Ninohe City, Iwate.

We use only almost half size of rice, to get rid of unnecessary parts of rice.

You can enjoy fine aroma, clear and beautiful tastes balanced with sweet and flavor tastes.

Now, an exclusive restaurant in New York serves DaiGinjo.
